Introduction

Welcome to Safaricom Single Sign On! One Safaricom identity will ensure that you can use your credentials in any of the Safaricom's Digital channels, both on App and web. For web-based channels, you are redirected to a single sign on page where you either register or login. By registering you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this user agreement.

Registration and account

You represent and warrant that all information provided in the registration form is complete and accurate. If you register for an account, you will be asked to provide the below:

1. Email
2. ID Number
3. Mobile Number
4. Password

Please confirm that all details are correct and accurate before proceeding. Upon successful registration, you agree to:

1. Keep your password confidential.
2. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password.
3. Be responsible for any activity on our digital platforms arising out of failure to keep your password confidential.
4. Your account shall be used exclusively by you. If you share your credentials with anyone else, it shall be at your own risk.
5. We may suspend your account at any time in our sole discretion if we note any suspicious or fraudulent activity in your account.
